Where the run starts

At a luxury home with a private gym, Danny arrives for his first session with a new client, Simone, after accepting a job whose pay seems too large for what it asks. Simone is playful, confident, and intent on making him correct her form while he tries to stay professional. Her husband, Mr. Grant, greets him warmly and says Danny will be the one to whip his wife into shape. Mr. Grant explains that he writes the program himself, a single item each week, and the item this week is whatever his wife asks for.

By the close of the first episode, Danny has been caught looking, been told it is fine, and learned that the program is not his to control. Two episodes in, the rules are laid out: the first session is by the pool at eleven, Simone decides the tempo, and she asks for help reaching her shoulders. Mr. Grant sets two rules: what happens in a session stays there, and Danny never says no to her. Danny mentions his girlfriend and is told to follow the first rule.
