Where the run starts

In a shared house where Leo has recently moved in with his girlfriend, one bedroom door never closes. It belongs to her stepsister Sadie, and the habit looks deliberate. Leo passes it on his way through the hall and cannot stop glancing in. Leo wants a quiet life with a girlfriend who trusts him. Sadie wants to know how often he looks, and she has been counting.

Episodes 1 and 2

By the close of the first episode, she has caught him in the act and told him so, remarking that a second was plenty to turn away, and that he stayed. She asks whether his girlfriend knows he likes to look. Then the girlfriend heads out to exercise and see friends, says goodbye from the stairs, and Leo is told to answer her. Once the front door shuts, Sadie says he could be all hers. The second episode carries that offer into the house's quiet evenings and the nights out.
