Where the run starts

In a small-town church after Sunday service, a newly arrived priest greets members of his congregation at the door, and many praise his sermon on resisting temptation. One of them, an adult woman named Mica, lingers. He is a man who wants to serve the town and keep his vows. She wants him to say out loud what she believes he already feels. The first scene already shows her touching his hand and asking him to tell her to stop, and his answer is not the one she is waiting for.

Episodes 1 and 2

By the close of the first episode, she enters the confessional and describes impure thoughts about her new priest, so that the booth becomes the place where the attraction is first spoken. Halfway through the second, she returns to ask how near temptation can come before it turns into sin, and he calls her words improper while his answers come too quickly. He is disappointed when she leaves. At the end, she asks for a last chance to hear him say no.
