Where the run starts

On the night of a big show, a wrestling card is booked so that Brooke goes down, and the woman across the ring has been hired to end her career. Brooke is a professional who has worked hard for her place and does not want to see it taken in a single evening. The opponent is cool and direct, tells her she is not asking for anything, and says the outcome has been set. Brooke wants to keep working and refuses to accept that the result is already written.

Episodes 1 and 2

By the close of the first episode, the match is over, and the question is why it went the way it did. Two episodes in, Brooke asks the rival why she let her win, and the answer is that she did not let her do anything, and that the fee was not enough. A promoter then announces a big card in thirty days at the Colosseum and tells them that either Brooke wins that night or neither of them works again, anywhere. The rival holds a three-year deal with him.
