Where the run starts

For one week, with their recently married parents away on a trip, two stepsiblings share a house. Cole, a confident man of twenty-four, has been left in charge and enjoys saying so. His stepsister Lea, an adult, insists she cannot stand him, that her mother's marriage does not oblige her to like him, and that his habits are disgusting. Cole has noticed how often she looks his way since the wedding. He wants her to admit it. Lea wants her room to herself and to be proven right about him.

Episodes 1 and 2

By the close of the first episode, Cole has accused her of eyeing him ever since the wedding, she says he is dreaming, and he dares her to say what happens if she does. She retreats to her bedroom and asks him to vanish. Two episodes in, he follows her into that room and announces his rules. She has put on makeup before bed and refuses to explain it. Halfway through the second, her mother calls, Lea says he is in his room, and then admits that she hates him and needs something from him anyway.
