Where the run starts

In a yoga studio on a weekday, a group class is led by Mia Malkova, a confident instructor who corrects posture by hand and notices which newcomers are carrying the most tension. One of them is a nervous man whose wedding is three weeks away and who admits he is not built for any of this. Mia is playful, sure of herself, and convinced that what he needs is attention rather than a crowd. He wants to look relaxed on the big day and has no real idea how to loosen up. She offers to book him alone, promising flexibility, stamina and a good deal more besides.

Episodes 1 and 2

By the close of the first episode, he has a private slot booked and the session ends with her heading off to loosen up on her own. Two episodes in, he is caught lingering after she has left early, and she tells him he is allowed to look again before sending him off to find a massage. A treatment room is next, where she appears once more and asks whether he wants her to continue.
