Where the run starts

On a hot day at a seaside villa, Evangelina, an adult woman, spends time with her mother's new husband and jokes about what she will call him now that the family is official. He answers with a warm remark and an invitation to see how well he can shoot. He then introduces his younger and, he insists, handsomer brother, Chad. Evangelina is outgoing, curious and quick with a reply. Chad is relaxed, confident and a little mischievous, and he tells her she looks better than his brother described. He is heading to a party on a yacht that night and asks whether she wants to join.

Episodes 1 and 2

By the close of the first episode, she has said yes, and the two are about to leave together. Two episodes in, the day is spent at the water, with jokes about getting wet and about the evening ahead. Chad describes the party as small and casual, then admits it may be a little wild. On the yacht, bikinis, music and dancing take over, and someone suggests that the whole group find a bedroom.
